Welcome to ShriVatsaDarbar. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, your interaction with our products and services, and the placement of orders through our available communication channels.

By accessing our website, contacting us regarding our products or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

These Terms & Conditions should be read together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy.

About ShriVatsaDarbar

ShriVatsaDarbar offers handcrafted devotional Shringar for Laddu Gopal Ji, including Poshaks, Mukuts, jewellery, Jhulas and other devotional accessories.

Many of our products are handcrafted or individually prepared. Because of this, minor variations in colour, embroidery, finishing, fabric texture, size or appearance may occur.

Such natural variations are a characteristic of handcrafted products and do not automatically constitute a defect.

Product Information & Availability

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, colours, sizes and other information displayed on our website are accurate.

Product availability may change from time to time. Certain designs, colours, sizes or collections may become unavailable without prior notice.

If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we will communicate the situation with the customer and discuss an appropriate resolution.

Product Sizes & Handmade Variations

Laddu Gopal Poshaks are available in different sizes. Customers are responsible for selecting the appropriate size when placing an order.

If you are unsure about the appropriate size, we encourage you to contact us through WhatsApp before confirming your order. Our team will assist you in selecting the appropriate product or size.

Measurements, colours and handcrafted details may have minor variations and should be considered accordingly.

Orders & Order Confirmation

Orders are currently discussed and confirmed primarily through WhatsApp or other communication channels made available by ShriVatsaDarbar.

An order will be considered confirmed only after the required order details have been communicated and the applicable payment arrangement has been confirmed.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order in circumstances including product unavailability, incorrect pricing or description, suspected fraudulent activity, inability to fulfil the order or other legitimate operational reasons.

If an order is cancelled by us after payment has been received, any applicable refund will be handled in accordance with the circumstances of the order and applicable law.

Pricing & Payment

Product prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (₹).

Prices may be updated from time to time. The applicable product price and shipping charges will be communicated or confirmed during the ordering process.

ShriVatsaDarbar currently accepts advance payment through the payment method communicated during the WhatsApp ordering process.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently not available.

ShriVatsaDarbar does not currently use Razorpay or Stripe as its payment gateway.

Customers should not share unnecessary sensitive financial information through WhatsApp, email or website enquiry forms.

WhatsApp Ordering & Communication

WhatsApp is currently an important communication and ordering channel for ShriVatsaDarbar.

Customers may use WhatsApp to discuss products, sizes, availability, custom requirements, orders, payments and delivery information.

When communicating through WhatsApp, customers are also subject to WhatsApp's own terms and privacy practices.

Shipping & Delivery

ShriVatsaDarbar currently offers delivery across India.

Orders of ₹999 or more qualify for free shipping.

Orders below ₹999 are subject to a flat shipping charge of ₹99.

Orders are generally prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.

Once dispatched, orders are generally delivered within approximately 3–7 business days, depending on the delivery location and operational circumstances.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary because of weather, transportation disruptions, public holidays, operational delays or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

ShriVatsaDarbar may use different logistics or courier partners depending on delivery location, service availability, package requirements and operational considerations. We do not guarantee a particular courier partner for an order.

Delivery Address & Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address, PIN code and valid mobile number at the time of placing an order.

Customers should carefully verify their delivery details before confirming an order.

Delays or failed delivery attempts caused by incorrect, incomplete or unavailable delivery information may require additional coordination before the order can be delivered.

Returns, Refunds & Damaged Products

ShriVatsaDarbar does not generally accept returns simply because a customer has changed their mind after receiving the product.

A return or refund may be considered where the product received is damaged, incorrect, defective or materially different from the product ordered, subject to review and applicable consumer rights.

Eligible issues should be reported to ShriVatsaDarbar within 3 days from the date of delivery.

For damaged, incorrect, defective or materially different products, customers are strongly required to record a continuous and unedited video while opening the package.

The video should clearly show the sealed package, shipping label, condition of the outer packaging and the product received. The video should not be cut, edited or otherwise altered.

We may request the unboxing video, photographs, order details or other relevant information when reviewing a return or refund request.

Custom & Made-to-Order Products

Custom-made, personalised or specially prepared products may not be eligible for return or refund due to a change of mind because such products may be prepared specifically according to customer requirements.

This does not affect applicable rights where a customised product is received damaged, defective, incorrect or materially different from what was agreed.

Cancellation of Orders

Cancellation requests should be made as soon as possible after placing an order.

Once an order has entered preparation, customisation or dispatch, cancellation may not be possible.

Any applicable refund arising from an approved cancellation will be handled according to the circumstances of the order and applicable law.

Customers agree to use the ShriVatsaDarbar website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not harm, disrupt or interfere with the website, its content or services.

Actual colours may appear slightly different depending on the customer's device, screen settings, lighting or photography conditions.

Handcrafted products may also contain natural variations that are consistent with their handmade character.
